At TIRTIR GLOBAL, we want you to be fully satisfied with your skincare and beauty experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via the portal or email within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original, unopened condition including all protective seals, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.

• 3.
  Ship the Return

  Send your package to our designated global fulfillment center using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe arrival of your returned goods.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
